Workers are added to projects based on expertise and performance
on tasks called Qualifications. If you qualify for our long-running projects and demonstrate
high-quality work, unlimited work will be available to you.
Other than pay, what are the benefits of the role?
Flexibility, the option to choose which projects
you work on, and the freedom to work whenever and wherever you like!
Pay
How do I get paid?
We process payments through PayPal. It is very important that
you provide the correct email address associated with your PayPal account. If you do not
have a PayPal account, you will need to establish one with an email address that you use.
How much will I get paid?
The pay rate is variable based on the project but pay typically
starts at $20 USD per hour for non-coding tasks. Coding tasks often have higher rates.

Do I have to work the same amount of hours every week?
Nope! You can work as little or as much as you want every week.
There are no minimum hour requirements.
How flexible is the work?
Very! You choose when to work, how much to work, and which
projects you'd like to work on. Work is available 24/7/365.

that is transforming the world. Through AI Model Work, you will help train AI chatbots and
other models, directly contributing to the development of safer and more capable AI systems.
Application Status
I applied but haven't heard back. What's going on?
If you haven't heard from us or received any assignments, it
likely means your application is still under review or hasn't been accepted yet. We receive
a high volume of applications and will contact you if your assessment passes our review and
we have work that matches your skill set.
Why can't I get ahold of anyone in customer service?
Given the number of applications to AI Model Work we are unable
to provide 1:1 responses for every applicant. All communication regarding your application
status will be sent via email.
